One of the struggles that I face being a mom and a wife is making sure dinner is ready every night. I admit, that some nights, it doesn’t happen and I’ll have to grab takeout. I’m pretty sure you can relate, so here’s an EASY recipe that you can make. When I say easy, I mean you only need 6 ingredients!!
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Italian Spaghetti Seasoning
2 jars of Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce
1 jar of Sun Dried Tomatoes
Handful of Spinach
1 Bag of Spaghetti Pasta
2 Large Chicken Breast
Step 1: First thing I do is boil the pasta. You want the pasta to cook while you prep the sauce. Don’t forget to stir it every few minutes so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot.
Tip: pour in a teaspoon of olive oil so this doesn’t happen.
Step 2: Mix the sauce. Pour the alfredo sauce into a bowl.
Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of the italian spaghetti seasoning. How cute is this heart-shaped measuring spoon?! Click here to get it in my shop.
Step 4: Pour in one jar of the sun dried tomatoes, and mix the sauce with a spoon.
Step 5: Pour in half a cup of grated parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Step 6: Cut the chicken breast into pieces and cook it in a pan. Add salt and pepper for taste. Don’t forget to turn off the pasta and drain the water.
Step 7: Once the meat is fully cook, pour in the sauce. Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Step 8: Add a handful of spinach. Stir on low heat until spinach is soft.

Serve it over pasta, and there you have it. Delicious alfredo pasta with sun dried tomatoes and spinach.
This is probably the easiest recipe I have ever made. I know you can make your own Alfredo sauce, but being a busy mom to three kids, I really don’t have time. I need something fast so we can eat, shower, and go to bed. If you’re like me, then you’ll appreciate this recipe. Thank you for stopping by and reading about my easy Alfredo pasta.
