I like to cook, but I’m not a chef. This is why I wanted to share this SIMPLE homemade hamburger recipe.  It’s so easy to make, and it taste amazing!  Let’s just say my nine year old son can make it, and when I say easy, I mean you only need 7 ingredients!

Step 2: Take your ground beef and mix it with the chopped onions.

Step 3: Roll the patty into a ball and continue to mix it.

undefined

Step 4:  Flatten the patty with the palm of your hand.

undefined

Step 5:  Add a pinch of salt and black pepper for taste on both sides. You don’t need anything fancy to season it.

undefined

Step 6: Instead of cooking it on a BBQ grill, just pan fry it.  Add a little extra virgin olive oil.  Cook each side for about 5-10 min under medium heat.  Continue to flip it so that it’ll cook evenly on both side.

Step 7:  Once the patties are cooked, I take my Hawaiian Bread Buns and toast it on the same pan I use to make my patties.  This adds more flavor to the bread.

Just a Tip: The secret to a good hamburger is the buns.  When you have soft, sweet bread, the hamburger will taste amazing!  And these Hawaiian bread are by far the best!

Step 8:  Slice your tomatoes, and squeeze some organic ketchup and dijon mustard onto the toasted buns.

Step 9:  Put the cooked patty on top, along with the tomatoes and lettuce.

All finished!!!  A simple homemade hamburger is all done.  Taste it and you’ll be amaze by how delicious it is.
